SOI/ROM In Observed over expected mortality

Post mortem queries can help increase SOI/ROM by capturing missed diagnoses, subsequently improving observed/expected mortality rates. When is  SOI/ROM reported as it relates to observed /expected mortality? Asking to help determine the time limit in which post mortem reviews are done. Thanks!

    My understanding is that is captured with final billing and code submission. You would want to do your mortality reviews prior to billing.
