Does anyone have a list of interview questions for a CDI specialist? I am looking to hire someone and I want to get some really good questions to assess critical thinking and physician communication skills specifically. Anyone willing to share?

Some basic questions we ask:
How did you hear about the position?
Tell us about what you know about CDI.
Describe your approach or potential interaction with a physician who has a well-deserved reputation for being unpleasant? Describe a real life encounter with one of these "difficult" or "argumentative" Providers.
Describe a time when you had to provide education to a physician or fellow employee. What was the outcome?
Do you feel you are truly read to leave bedside nursing, why?
Describe how you stay organized when you have multiple tasks to complete?
How would you describe your computer skills and your ability to learn new computer programs?
How would you describe your learning style?
What do you like best/least about your current job role?
