Pt exposed to someone COVID positive, PCR came back negative, antigen came back positive. CRP High, D- dimer high

In H&P Acute Resp failure secondary to COVID then following notes documents possible 2nd Covid infection??? Treatment for COVID is carried out. Also has COPD exacerbation.

Do I need to query confirmation of COVID?

    Patient presents with HYPO-coagulopathy due to CoVid. How are you coding?

    HYPO....due to CoVid is not listed in Encoder.
