What are your thoughts on coding a "Modified DNR" as Z66 or do not code it because there are some resuscitation efforts?

Or does anyone know of any resources that would lead in either direction?
There is an inclusion term for "DNR status". So I would argue that if they have any form of DNR status acknowledged by the physician it should be fine to code.
