Safety Portion of Annual Performance Review
Does anyone have suggestions for safety tasks/opportunities that can be completed if CDI employees work remotely? There is a section in the annual performance review that requires safety measures but most of the measures don't pertain to CDI staff; it is more geared towards the bedside nurse. The only current criteria would require the employees to come into the office to do housekeeping tasks in order to get credit which makes it problematic for many staff members within the department because we are currently working remotely. Any ideas would be greatly appreciate. Thank you
