Does anyone still create CDI Newsletters?
If so, how to you make them? Who do you send them to? What type of content do they contain? Who on the staff is responsible for making them? How often do you send them out?
I have so many questions!
following. Am curious what applications are being used to create them. MS publisher is not the most intuitive program IMHO
Our marketing department publishes them after we provide the content. We send to all providers that see patients inpatient. We send out every other month with CDI tips. We sometimes recognize individual providers with great response time or low % of queries due to their excellent documentation
