Euglycemic DKA

So at one of my hospitals we are seeing the documentation of euglycemic DKA, and from my research this is DKA without an elevated blood sugar of greater than 250, so it does not meet the normal definition of DKA it happens sometimes with some of the new oral medications, or it is a reaction to surgery and infection......Has anyone seen this, and do you code this as DKA, and since it usually takes days to develop are you taking the hit on it as a HAC? I can't find anything to help me out!
