Complication codes NGT placement

2021 ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Code T85.528A

Displacement of other gastrointestinal prosthetic devices, implants and grafts, initial encounter

Would placing an NG tube in mid esophagus, confirmed by x-ray, then advancing it and finding it coiled in the stomach considered a complication? I would argue, it is the challenge of placing an NG tube in patients without peristalsis, and appropriate use of resources to AVOID a complication like perforation or intubation of a bronchus. Thoughts?
