Querying for voice recognition errors
We are trying to establish who is responsible to review records for voice recognition transcription errors. The importance of reviewing reports prior to signing is stressed in our education sessions but we still have some errors that are so flagrant we feel uncomfortable not having them corrected. In your facilities does it fall to CDI to query (for lack of a better term) to have dictation corrected or is another department responsible?
