Types of cases reviewed by programs

Good afternoon.

I am assessing my program and current practices. I am wondering how many programs review:

  1. 1.Discharge records.
  2. 2. Records with LOS days
  3. DRG maxed 04, and 03 continue to review?

    Hi, I have implemented a second level review process of discharged cases with high charges low reimbursement.. long LOS, low reimbursement (MS and APR separate review based on payor). Let me know if you would like to network =)
