VTE Core Measure
The patient has a history of DVT and is on eliquis daily. The eCQM algorithm- "encounter with prior or present Diagnosis of Atrial fibrillation or VTE.... the Z86.718 is coded history of VTE but this code is not listed in the dictionary... Is anyone else experiencing this issue???
