Malnutrition in major trauma

This is for the level 1 trauma centers out there. Are you capturing Malnutrition on most of your major traumas, especially those with injury to the GI system? If so, are the Providers stating that the Malnutrition was POA and are they stating the severity?

    Greetings, we capture malnutrition on patients that meet ASPEN criteria per our dietitian partners. We don't just focus on trauma patients but rather assess any patient at risk or with concern for malnutrition.
