Poisoning
Per physician documentation patient admitted with positive urine drug screen for non-prescribed medication and or illicit drugs. Can I code poisoning just with this information or do I have to query? If I have to query would I query for poisoning? Most physicians do not see this as poisoning but maybe as intoxication or substance abuse disorder.
