Poisoning

Per physician documentation patient has positive urine drug screening for non-prescribed and or illicit drugs. Can I code poisoning from here or do I need to query? If I need to query would it be for toxic encephalopathy?

Also if this same patient with positive UDS is admit for suicidal intent. Would the poisoning be accidental or intentional self harm if there is no direct link between illicit drugs and SI, or is that assumed?
