Cytokine Release Syndrome

Our provider's are documenting cytokine storm or cytokine storm associated with COVID-19. I have sent several emails and had conversations with them about how cytokine storm is not in the coding index. They do not want to document cytokine release syndrome or cytokine storm syndrome. Is anyone else having this same problem? The next hurdle will be getting the correct grade documented. Any tips on improving this documentation?
