CDI Physician Education program

Does anyone have a formalized CDI education program for providers in their institutions? I need some guidance on how to initiate it and how it works. For now, my institution does not have a physician advisor so we are banking on the CDI nurses to educate providers based on their cases. We also escalate cases to department directors to get their help in explaining to their physicians the issues involved.
