Who uses Epic as a DRG denials platform?

Hi - I am looking for feedback regarding utilizing Epic as a platform for managing DRG denials. Thank you in advance.

    We are hoping to use this platform in the future. Our IT team department is currently working with EPIC to create a build. I would also be interested in hearing any positive or negatives of anyone currently using EPIC for DRG and Clinical Validation appeals. We use MDaudit currently.

    We are utilizing Epic as a platform for storing, reviewing, appealing, and tracking clinical validation denials. Our IT analyst built an account queue. The upside is that everything is electronic, including signatures from our medical director. The downside is that it doesn't work in conjunction with other denial queues since it is an account queue and can be somewhat time consuming.
