Post op hematoma

when a patient develops hematoma/hemorrhage in post op setting following initiation of therapeutic anticoagulation, can you assign code D6832? This complication wouldn't have happened if not for therapeutic anticoagulation.

    First the provider would have to link the hemorrhage, hematoma to the initiation of therapeutic anticoagulation. We cannot assume a cause and effect relationship.
