List of Questions for CDI Consulting Companies

Does anyone have a list of questions that they would ask consulting companies when looking at using their services?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Email me directly. Our hospital was provided as a reference for a consulting company. I believe I may have a document that you will find useful.

    Would be happy to share generally, but will first need to scrub it to make sure it has NO references to either of the other parties. It is also 2 years old, so might need some updating.

    There's also this article from the CDI Journal. It is from 2009, however. We could probably stand to do a little more research and update it. But see if you find anything here useful.

    Nice find -- I had forgotten about that article.

    It is cool & exciting that there is so much content on the ACDIS site that things are 'forgotten' -- not too long ago there was virtually no information available!! Love to see the change, development & expansion of the profession!!
