Can I please ask what KPI's are everyone tracking? With benchmarks if you don't mind? I am thinking of revising mine (we follow the fiscal year) and I would like to know what everyone else is doing. I am currently tracking way too many and need to cut down. My scorecard was developed from what my original training recommended (by 3M DRG assurance).
