Sickle Cell pain crisis with ACS (and pna)

A pediatric patient is admitted with SSPC with ACS, and noted with "pneumonia". Noted with SOB, elevated WBC, started on abx, etc... Do you code pna or is that considered part of the ACS? What would delineate the difference in a pt with JUST ACS vs a patient with ACS AND pna? TIA
