We use a hot pink highlighter to write "CLARIFY" down the right side
after we fold the query to the right so that this is written on the back
bottom of the paper as it protrudes from the chart. These are then
scanned to the business section of the medical record-not an official
part of the medical record, but available for compliance monitoring.
