Increasing Individual CDI Productivity
As a newish CDI (4 months), what are your best recommendations for decreasing the time it takes to review records to increase productivity? I have been mainly focusing on initial reviews and will soon begin adding re-reviews into my workflow. I feel I am very slow and with all the talk of the metrics needed to justify expanding our program, I feel I need to "earn my keep" but am not sure how to do this without sacrificing quality. Appreciate the feedback and comments!
