Pulmonary hypertension
I’m wondering what criteria other facilities are using to diagnose and query for pulmonary hypertension. We have been going by right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP) on Echo of greater than 35. We also have physicians say that pulmonary HTN can only be diagnosed by a heart cath. Also, what other clinical indicators do you use in your queries? Thank you!
