Missed Hemodialysis
Hello - do any of my fellow CDI Specialists have any suggestions or tips on identifying PDX for patients who miss hemodialysis? I tend to look for the most clinically significant lab value that is critical - ex. life threatening hyperkalemia. However, if labs are relatively normal, what would the PDX choice be?
