CKD Stage Query

Hello everyone,

I am wondering what other's current practice is for choices included on a CKD Stage query.

Do you only put the stage of CKD that correlates with the GFR's throughout the admission OR do you give the provider a range of stages?

Ex GFR's throughout the admission range from 24-29 so I would put CKD 3 unspecified, CKD 3a, CKD 3b, CKD 4, CKD 5.

For the example above, should I only include CKD stage 4?

I feel like I was always taught to give choices, but things could have changed. I want to make sure we are following the most up to date and compliant practices!
