Cotiviti Denials for VA patients?
Has anyone seen denials from Cotiviti for Veterans Affairs? I have never received denials for VA, and it looks like they are basing Sepsis on Sepsis 3 criteria. Just putting feelers out there. Any commentary/feedback appreciated.
