Admit source code for patient from home that is on hospice

Hello,

We are evaluating a PSI 4. It was a home hospice patient who fell and had a fracture that required surgical intervention. The patient expired.

Should the admit source be "from home" or transfer from hospice due to the code saying "or enrolled in a hospice program"


F-Transfer from hospice and is under a hospice plan of care or enrolled in hospice program.

(Source of admission to an Inpatient facility — for newborn admit is type of delivery code | ResDAC).
