Automation Platforms

Our Ambulatory CDI program focuses mainly around HCC capture and population health. We currently utilize EPIC. Looking to see if anyone is using additional automation platforms for the capture of HCC? Noteable and Northwodd are two that I've heard of. I would love to hear of any feedback.
