Lung & Liver Transplant: Final DRG Liver

Can anyone explain this scenario?

A patient admitted undergoes both a Liver Transplant and a single Right lung transplant in the same admission. The final DRG is for the Liver Transplant. However, the Lung transplant has a higher RW, higher GMLOS.

Why does the Liver show as the correct DRG?

I cannot find anything in Coding Guidelines and just starting my search on CMS.gov.
