I have been given a project to make a pediatric documentation card . With this card I need include ICD-10 changes with the top 10 diagnosis I need help please . Thanks
There is an older Journal article (or 2) that focused specifically on pediatric CDI (looking quickly, I see April 2010, April 2009). Can't remember if there is any thing in Forms & Tools, but would definitely look through there.
Hopefully someone will have some good tools or info from their own programs.
