attending/consultant
How do you handle when you have consultant documenting diagnosis, but the attending does not. There are no indicators to support the diagnosis (sepsis), so I don't want to query the attending for agreement/disagreement with diagnosis that is not supported. I also do not feel I should query her for indicators to support the diagnosis since she has not documented.
just would like to know how others handle this situation.
