Auto Assignment of cases when using 3M Solventum prioritization

Has anyone been able to figure out a way to auto assign new cases when using 3M Solventum prioritization? I know I have talked to a few people at ACDIS convention that had figured out a way .... if anyone is willing to share, we would really appreciate it!
