Chest pain vs musculoskeletal strain

Can we code S29011A Strain of muscle and tendon of front wall of thorax, inital encounter, when the doctor document Chest pain - Due to MSK strain? Chest pain determined to be musculoskeletal in nature. Treated with Flexeril and PRN norco.

c/o Dizziness, lightheadness, bilateral blurred vision, palpitations and chest pain. Noted that pt was found on the ground after she had helped herself to the floor, grabbing onto the door way, then bringing herself to the ground. Had recent heart cath with stents. CAD was ruled out. Suspect orthostatic hypotension.
