Hello,

I recently met with our hospitalist group who states at bigger hospitals, physician's are not receiving queries. We are a small hospital and currently communicate with the providers using queries or Teams. I was wondering what other facilities were doing when speaking with the providers regarding documentation improvement/requesting possible documentation changes?
