SDOH in newborns/neonates
Unfortunately, there's not enough resources and guidelines when it comes to the Nicu/newborn population. Social determinants of health are important to capture if they relevant to the patient's encounter. I think it is great that we don't have to query the providers to capture the appropriate SDOH. Does anyone have any resources on capturing SDOH on newborns charts? Thanks so much!
