A newborn is breech and born via C section. The provider documents 'Newborn affected by breech presentation'. There are no abnormal findings, but an ultrasound is scheduled for 44-46 weeks. Is P03.0 (Newborn affected by breech delivery and extraction) appropriate or a Z code for observation?
