Is anyone willing to share their Physician Advisor query escalation process, using the CDI Queries in Epic version Nov 2024? Our Physician Advisors cannot visualized unanswered queries, they are only visible once a provider responds. Are you utilizing work queues? Simply emailing the Physician Advisors?
