Honoring CCDS holders after retireme3nt

I have been in the CDI industry for 20 years and recently retired. At AHIMA you are able to obtain an Emeritus membership and put Ret after your certifications. I took the first CCDS exam in Vega and would like to be able to stay and watch what the profession is up to and be able to show that I was certified. Thoughts?
