Hi- We are a health system comprised of 10 hospitals with a flagship AMC. Our CDI team reports to System Quality and we are proactively poising ourselves to be strategically prepared for continued growth. Would anyone share their current CDI org chart including # of total CDI FTEs in your hospital/system and how many report to each manager / supervisor, if possible.
