Seeking Insights on Launching a CDI Internship Program

I’m exploring the development of a Clinical Documentation Internship Program aimed at helping experienced nurses and HIM professionals transition into the CDI field. Before moving forward, I’d love to hear from anyone who has launched or managed a CDI internship program in their organization.
