Looking for Feedback on CDI Software

I’m interested in hearing from facilities currently using Solventum CDI Engage One and/or Epic CDI. What have been the pros and cons of these solutions in your experience?

From my experience, I have not seen a significant difference between CDI tools that would make one stand out as definitively better than the others. Regardless of the vendor, keep in mind that the tool should be designed to learn and adapt to your organization’s unique environment.
Any NLP or AI-assisted solution must be built with your workflows in mind, and the implementation should involve collaboration between the CDI team, provider liaisons, and IT. This ensures the tool aligns with your documentation goals and compliance standards.
When evaluating options, ensure the tool can track CDI-specific metrics for performance and outcomes, support compliant query functionality and continuously improve based on your organization’s data and processes.
Ultimately, success depends on the tool and vendor's ability for customization and integration rather than a one size fits all model.
