Query Response Times

At Michigan Medicine we are discussing adding our expectations of query response turn around times on the queries. Example: at the bottom of the query templates stating, response is appreciated within 3 days of reciept.

Has anyone put something like this into practice?

Does anyone see any complaince issues with this language?
