Cardiomyopathy and acute CHF

Seeking feedback related to PDX assignment when patient has hypertensive heart failure and ESRD presents with acute CHF exacerbation but is also found to have ischemic cardiomyopathy and has PTCA during same encounter. Is there any room for using the ischemic cardiomyopathy as PDX over the acute CHF exacerbation?
