outpatient CT of brain and sinus
I had an intersting challenge given to me in regards to the efficiency measures included in meaningful use. It seems that denials will begin to occur when both a brain CT and a sinus CT are ordered. It seems to me this is another verbiage issue. Has anyone experienced this? Are there any tips, thoughts, etc you can offer?
