Pda devices

I have a co-worker that is asking if there are any programs that can be downloaded onto a Pda in regards to Clinical Documentation. Has anyone heard of any? I think I am also interested in investing in the pocket guide, but if there is a program we can tap into electronically, I would consider that option, too! Thanks!
