ICD-10 with documetation focus
Does anyone know of a course that is ICD-10 based but is focused on specific documentaton issues. Most of what I have seen out there is focused on the coding aspect. Recognizing that it is important to have an ICD-10 coding basis, it is also important to understand what areas will have the most documentation concerns--disease and service focused.
If you know of anything out there, please let me know.

I've seen a book offered titled "The CDI Specialist Guide to ICD-10" from HCPro, but haven't reviewed it or purchased it yet. I haven't seen a particular course offering yet either.
