ICD-10 practice guide

Does anyone know of a book that can be purchased that is comprised of case senerios that can be coded, with answers and rational behind the answers?

I know, many years ago, when I sat for the nursing board examine there was an NCLeX study guide comprised of questions and answers with rational behind the answer. It was both educational and great prcatice.

I would love to get my hands on an ICD-10 book that would accomplish such a great coding practice opportunity.

    Check either ahima.org or HcPro. Both offer books, seminars and courses on ICD 10.
