CDI ORIENTATION CHECKLIST

We are a home grown program. There are 2 current CDIS with a new one starting soon. We are developing an orientation checklist. I have printed and reviewed the one that is in the ACDIS forms and tools library. I was wondering is anyone is willing to share theirs with me. thanks!
