RE: RE:re:CCDS exam study guide, Help!

When I took the exam, it seemed to me there were several questions with more than one possible answer. Assuming each question was independent (translation: 1 person coding 1 record of that 1 patient in the whole hospital) I just chose the answer that would be correct in a textbook perfect world. It worked, I passed.
